Butter Garlic Mushrooms

Creamy Mushroom Masala

Ingredients

Fresh oyster mushrooms 175 - 200 gms
Garlic 2
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion 150-170 gms
Black Peppercorns 4 - 6
Salt As per Taste
Crushed black peppercorns As per Taste

 

Method

Step-1: Heat the butter in a pan or skillet over a medium flame.

Step-2: Slice your mushrooms, onions and garlic while the butter melts.

Step-3: Saute the garlic and onions in butter till the onions turn pink.

Step-4: Add your sliced mushrooms and saute them until they are caramelised.

Step-5: Add salt and pepper to taste and toss them well.

Serve them hot with freshly toasted bread!.
