Creamy Mushroom Masala

Ingredients
Fresh oyster mushrooms | 175 - 200 gms |
Garlic | 2 |
Butter | 2 tbsp |
Onion | 150-170 gms |
Black Peppercorns | 4 - 6 |
Salt | As per Taste |
Crushed black peppercorns | As per Taste |
Method
Step-1: Heat the butter in a pan or skillet over a medium flame.
Step-2: Slice your mushrooms, onions and garlic while the butter melts.
Step-3: Saute the garlic and onions in butter till the onions turn pink.
Step-4: Add your sliced mushrooms and saute them until they are caramelised.
Step-5: Add salt and pepper to taste and toss them well.
Serve them hot with freshly toasted bread!.
